Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and digitally literate Graduate Trainee to join our team as an Operations Support Officer. This role offers practical exposure to operations, administrative systems, training coordination, and digital tools in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
You’ll work directly with senior staff to support internal operations, training activities, logistics, and digital platform management. The ideal candidate is adaptable, accountable, and eager to grow in a structured yet dynamic workplace.
Skills required
Essential

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google and/or Zoho Workspace tools.
Ability to multitask and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.

Basic proficiency in using project management tools or platforms.
Attainment
Essential
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Computer Science, Social Sciences, or related fields.

Knowledge

Understanding of administrative processes and tech support basics.
Awareness of office logistics and general operations.

Relevant experience
Essential
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support, training coordination, learning operations, logistics, or customer-facing roles – gained through full-time roles, internships, or volunteering.
Experience working on cross-functional teams or supporting internal events
Desirable
Experience supporting executives, handling logistics or communications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Post-NYSC candidates who can commit to a full-time, 12-month role
Corps members currently serving, only if they can commit to a full-time role for the duration
Graduates about to fully commence NYSC, only if they are willing and able to make us their official PPA for the entire duration of their NYSC service year.
Note: This is not a short-term role. We are seeking committed individuals who want to grow with the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating training sessions, webinars, and managing learners’ communication.
Help prepare presentation materials and learning resources.
Assist with managing online platforms, basic troubleshooting and other technical tasks.
Undertake administrative tasks including meeting scheduling, documentation, and inbound & outbound correspondence handling.
Help manage office logistics including travel arrangements and inventory management.
Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
